General Information
ARTWORK - If you supply us camera ready art there are no additional
charges. Clean Black & White camera ready artwork is essential for proper
laser engraving. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes camera-ready
art. Artwork requiring touch up will incur a minimum art charge of $35 per
half hour. We will advise if charges will exceed this minimum
Artwork may be supplied as a CorelDraw file accompanied by a printed copy.
Artwork is returned only at customers request at the time order is placed.
PERSONALIZATION - Personalization for straight line type is $5
per line, per award including typesetting. Customer is responsible for accurate
spelling of supplied names.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS - We welcome the opportunity to quote on any of

PAPER PROOFS - There is no charge for the first fax proof Additional
Proofs are $15.00
PRODUCTION TIMES - Normal production time is 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 weeks.
Rush orders are available, they may incur additional charges.
SPECIFICATIONS - All awards are fabricated for 3/4" thick acrylic
unless otherwize noted. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available for any
award. All sizes are approximate.
TRADEMARKS - We assume that our clients have legal rights to use
any and all trademarks supplied to us for reproduction.
